Gender Euphoria (2013)
Gender Euphoria was the culmination of Lester's MFA thesis residency at the University of British Columbia (Okanagan) between 2011-13. These large-scale acrylic on canvas paintings explored various topics surrounding gender identity and sexuality. Lester's thesis support paper, Gender Euphoria: An Embodied Practice of Painting & Drag Performance can be read here.
